Toxic and manipulative HR and management team. There is no sympathy and worklife balance . Cant even talk to the current HR she keeps arguing back with her stupidity and claims she is right when it is absolutely wrong and wont agree if we try to correct her which is extremely pathetic. Worst experience.. There is no proper training, guidance or supervision. No considerations for freshers or employees in probation period. You can expect salary between 15th to 25th of the month. The HR and management treated me in a worse manner. Jobs assigned to Junior Network Engineer by HR: Go to bank for company purpose, ensure that the entrance door is kept closed, find vendors for ID card printing, deal with the office visitors etc etc. Nothing more to say. The current HR and management treated me in a very worse manner. Totally disappointing. I found many of the employees quitting the job and spot terminations were also going on. None of the employees were satisfied with the management of HR. Don't spoil your career by working there....Read More
