Great working culture and lots of learning from founders. Very supportive and completely transparent culture. When big companies laid off, did salary cut during covid… nirmalya did not laid off a single staff, paid salary and other benefits as usual. Company is very particular about salary and every month salary credited on last working day of the month.

Dislikes

Too much lenient towards non Hindus reformers. Keeps trying non performers to perform in any of areas. Some people takes advantage of this.
