I wish something was good here

Dislikes

Many things, terrible HR even worse management. Poor infra, no employee policies, no SOPs. Security guard of this building had more work life balance than most developers working here

Founders changed their view on every other next day....No WFH, punch-in-out system for time tracking, no or very low appraisal
