Good and Healthy working style. Viewing employee as an valuable Asset and always open to incorporate employee views on various tasks.

If I am talking about company I want give 11/10 but if I go to the personal level and the behavior's of my supervisor towards me I want to give Minus 100/10. He made a trap and that things hit me hard. However this is my personal experience so you don't need to be worry about that.

Office culture, salary increment is low

There is nothing to like about this company. This company hires people 365 days that too in bulk, also attrition rate of employee is so low that every second day at-least 5 employees are putting resigns

Work life balance is zero. They will expect you to work 24 hours a day with a salary of 6 hours a day. Apart from it there is no scope of personal development. Many projects doesn't have option where personnel can train themselves with the courses or skills that sre interested in. NIIT runs in manager’s decision, HR are sold puppies.
