There is need of improvement in organizing the new processes. Management can Lay-off employees at any given point of time due to revenue or any other Budget related issues.

There is no growth on individual level and the manager are not people manager they are manager's manager. The humiliation is disgusting Overall the company police is good but on hirercy level it goes worst. The salary is not worthy according to the work I have been done

Lack of support during contract period with issues going unresolved despite repeated re. After leaving the job the situation worsens as the company becomes unresponsive regarding FNF and PF claims.

Working with LC, NIITMTS team has been extremely frustrating. The Managers (Emanual, Muthu, Himanshu...etc) lacked even basic project knowledge and refused to deal with the client, leaving critical tasks neglected. Instead They focus on Trival HR Duties with internal employees, which was a blatant misuse of their role and disserviceto the project. After the employees work tirelessly to achieve the target, these managers take credit and then conveniently fly abroad, they also have the nerve to change names in meeting presentation to claim credit for themselves. 1. No role bifurcation. Anyone and everyone doing almost the same thing 2. Management is poor 3. If you are new, no one would understand you and whatever the old people say is right and you can even be terminated on that basis without any investigation 4. Overall good vibe, lot of women employees so decent work environment formal and classy. Established organization so job security on lower to mid level.

Dislikes

This is subjective to project. But usually the one who works gets overburdened and those who don't enjoy. Appraisals are controlled by managers they give hikes to their pets. No visible presence or control of HR. Worked over 5 year. Poor appraisal of 3% with best performance rating. NO acknowledgement of hardwork. Fake claps and trphy no monitery gains.
