The Managers (Emanual, Muthu, Himanshu...etc) lacked even basic project knowledge and refused to deal with the client, leaving critical tasks neglected. Instead They focus on Trival HR Duties with internal employees, which was a blatant misuse of their role and disserviceto the project. After the employees work tirelessly to achieve the target, these managers take credit and then conveniently fly abroad, they also have the nerve to change names in meeting presentation to claim credit for themselves.
