They don't have any projects; instead, they hire people and keep them on the bench. After a few months, they pressure employees to resign, and if anyone refuses, they threaten termination. It's an extremely toxic work environment.

Work life balance is pathetic, Seniors take away all the credit, Appraisal is negligible even after outstanding ratings, it is around 2-5% max You would have to work on Saturdays and Sundays with any compensation.

This company had so much politics . I mean , i worked like 12-14 hours a day . Got the appreciation from the clients , still my Delivery manager at Nihilent threw me out of the team . Was literally fed up of the politics .
