No any reason to stay working in this company.

This review from me & other X employees. No Any Value Of Employees. Its suggest to not join this company bcoz there is no any job security, any time any situation terminate without any notice. Whenever u work hard and also coming in holiday but there no respact or overtime to you and your work. There senior person using unprofessional & abuse language to employees, Like : STAFF KI ROZI ROTTI MERI WAJEH SE CHAL RAHI HAI, MAT ANA KAL SE. ADVERTISEMENT KA PAISA TUMHARI SALARY SE KATUNGA etc ...). And there no deduction PF & ESIC and also as per rules its compulsory to deduct PF & ESIC if number of employees 20+, and there working number of employees is 100+.
