Excellent job security provided one does his work earnestly .Wok culture is ok and changes with working phase of the project. Management and project tram works in tandem for achieving targets.In the organisation we have transparent culture and management is supportive.we have a project monitoring and support group to see the work progress and provide the needed support for its accomplishment. Company policies have been framed Keeping in view the manpower growth and business growth after observing sll the statutory compliances. Not much dislikes. Company main construction activities are in remote area which may be point of concern for some who like to serve in urban areas.

One have to adjust as per the work culture as most of the projects are located in remote areas. However if you are acclimatised with the site atmosphere then work life is excellent and adventurous.
