Learning place for Freshers - Developers, Salary paid on time.

Dislikes

NGA Senior management has no vision , Mission,Objective, They hire resource & fire them with few minutes notice & give reason as non performance, There is no fixed HR Policy, Company is 2 decade old but still struggling to sustain in the market for their approach.

Skill development - Bad
Job security - Bad
Promotions - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

Work is routine with great expectations in getting business, Clients, Closures & High Billing.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
