Company have no standards, not pay salaries on time(holding 3months salary), not easy to exit from company, very less job, 6 persons partnership company(not good bonding inbetween partners),cruel and money minded organization, office staff very irresponsible, rude behavior and helpless Etcrk>.. Good work environment and supportive teammates.

Dislikes

There is a lot of reasons for disliking Nexus Solutions . One is salay never given on time . Career growth is very slow . On the job training is not given to new joinees . Extra work given on same salary . And there is no extra benifits for employees like cab, food . No companions.

Work Details

The job is good overall . Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training. I learnt everything on the job .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
