It's a good organization for a business Analyst, you'll get good learning experience and exposure, compensation is good as well along with bonuses.

Politics and people pleasing is the core on which management runs. Too much micromanagement, no freedom to make decisions, over indulgence of managers who think they own the organization

Work culture is toxic, managers are part of dirty politics. You'll be micro-managed to the point you're not left with any decision making power. Career growth is not discussed and in the end you feel management is not supportive to your goals

Work Details

The work is exciting but upper management makes it difficult to do your job. There are more managers than employees and most of them do not know what's happening on ground level but still interfere with work. All projects are based in US so time issues.
