Management behavior. They only want to give importance to junior resources. Whatever the senior knows, it has to be KT ed to juniors. There should be nothing that seniors know but juniors dont!! Reason is, they dont want to pay for the seniors. No respect to seniors in this company!! They are waiting to find a chance to fire the senior members..

NextGen Healthcare has a great leadership at the top. CEO Rusty leads by example and gives equal importance to his employees as he does other stakeholders in the company. The transparency at the top is something I have never experienced in any other big enterprise before.

Dislikes

The work hours get stretched a bit - mostly after the pandemic hit. However, it does not feel like a burden as the work culture and team work is great. The family and work life balance takes a hit though.

Work Details

I work as DevOps and cloud Infrastructure engineer, mostly providing solutions to teams migrating to the cloud - like data and infrastructure migration, setting up CI/CD, training on AWS and DevOps tools.
