I do not have any dislikes for the company yet. However, I had a very tough time with a senior colleague who was really abusive towards the management. Always tried to demotivate me with negative comments and thoughts. Although, the company appreciated him with "LEVEL 2 MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST". I think these creep individual do notdeserve appreciation. As long as he was in the company, he only contributed to the toxicity. Tried to form groups against the ones who acted loyal to the company. He used all sorts of offensive language when speaking about colleagues and other employees from different teams. He was highly disloyal to his colleagues as well as to the company, instead of supporting the company, he was persuading or influencing other employees to take actions that would harm the company's interests or go against its goals.
This so-called senior is now a former employee, yet still continues to defame the company with his negative comments in different platforms. I would urge employers at other companies to be cautious of such toxic candidates before hiring them....Read More
The best aspect of the company is its co-workers, who are incredibly helpful and supportive, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.
Dislikes
Working at this company has been the worst decision of my career. The organization offers no employee benefits no compensation for extra working hours, no PF, no ESIC, and zero focus on employee welfare. Employees are treated like machines, with a monopolistic management style that enforces toxic policies, creating a suffocating work environment. Facilities are equally appalling. There is no dedicated rest area; the shared space is unhygienic and inadequate. Basic amenities like tea or coffee are almost non-existent, forcing employees to manage their needs on their own. Employee health and well-being are disregarded entirely, making it an unhealthy place to work.
The company goes to extreme lengths to suppress genuine voices. They have a policy to kill authentic feedback by instructing employees to report negative reviews until they are taken down. Rather than addressing the issues raised, the management focuses on silencing criticism. They even force employees and their families to post manipulated positive reviews, further showcasing the toxic culture.
There is no appreciation for hard work or exceptional results, and employees are left feeling undervalued and targeted if they don't comply with these unethical practices. A company truly invested in its growth should focus on resolving employee concerns instead of silencing them.
This review will likely be reported and removed as well, but it’s important to highlight these glaring issues. If you value your career, well-being, and integrity, I strongly advise steering clear of this company....Read More
