1. Poor Management:- Non technical people guide you on how to write code, often pretending to be technical architects. 2. Work-Life-Balance:- it's extremely poor, and even taking your own leave become problematic. 3. Salary Issues:- After years of service, when salary increases, you face pressure for earning "above market value" even its below. And your salary will be compared with some non technical person's salary. 4. Unpleasant Farewell:- No one receive a positive farewell, those who build many applications and engaged with many clients, helps in revenue generation of the company. Once you will decide to move from the company they will treat you as a criminal. 5. No HR Support: There is no HR support to address concerns, the director has absolute control. 6.
