I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Its a PRODUCT BASED ORGANIZATION. Its an awesome place to learn and deliver. This Organization helped me learn multiple technologies and work on multiple projects with different scope of work. For freshers its the best place to start their IT journey as you learn a lot, top class mentorship you get from Leads and Managers along with the industry best salary packages.

Dislikes

Work is a never ending process. Sometimes because of some deadlines and deliverables, we are pushed to work out of the office hours, I am not sure, if it happens with every organization or not. At times I had to cancel my weekend plans because of some critical issue, raised from customer side.
