Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, they give good salary hike and bonus e every year.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good

Dislikes

Company don't give provide proper compensation and no hike in salary and proper health facilities.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got chance to do different roles within the same team.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
