You have got your into a great teammates. The management really thinks you are a slave for them to make money. Policies change according to what the management thinks or decides. If you work hard they need you. If you don't they threaten to fire you. 12 leaves a year. No medical leave. 8 hours work. Will make you work overtime and no pay for extra hours. Its contract job and you have to sign a bond for 2 years or you won't get the certificates unless you pay 3 months salary.
