1. A strong culture of unprofessional behaviour. 2. No method for conflict resolution. In case employee tries to talk to HR regarding some issues with the manager, the HR ignores everything and rather discloses all the concerns (shared in confidence) with the manager/owner 3. 1. Its interesting at the beginning as one can learn the new technologies esp for testing by themselves, with some minor guidance from the manager. Pl note that the company owner/founder is the only manager in the company. Once some practice is done, a fresher can also be given a project without any proper KT from the manager. This opens up an opportunity for a fresher to get their hands dirty from the very beginning which was a great learning experience. 2. The salary is paid on time. 3. 1. The manager gets new projects and clients based on some superficial ideas and by pitching low compensations. Although from a tech background, the manager is not clear about the requirements of the projects that he appoints freshers (who by chance do get employed in the company) on. This causes a lot of clashes between the client company and the employees of NewAgeIT. 2. The manager can not guide employees. He doesn't listen to the employees who seek his guidance. He doesn't know any better about: (i) the problem faced in the project, and (ii) the possible solutions that can be used for the problems. 3. There is a very common use of derogatory and borderline abusive language used in the company. 4. There is no use of HR as they don't attend the employees' grievances at all. 5. Salary slips are not given in time. 6. The manager (aka the founder) is barely bothered about the issues that the employees are facing from the client-side. 7. Irregular and Long work hours ranging from 8-14 hours. Saturday and Sundays can be decided to be working at the last moment i.e. on Friday night. 8. **** BEWARE: The company doesn't like paperwork or even emails. They avoid it as much as possible ****. This way they can pretend to employ freshers, make them work for few weeks and then they are removed without any compensation. 9. The company doesn't have a good reputation from client side either. This is not due to employees but due to the ambitious but illogical and false claims made by the manager to the clients. Eg. Using postman to automate a website without taking any inputs from the developers regarding the APIs. 10. No job security. If an employee report to HR that they are being ill-treated, they can be immediately removed without any notice. 11. New candidates are selected, they are made to work for a few weeks, and then they are removed without compensation.
