Good Management & Good Culture Neugene has good leaders and they maintain high level of transparency. People can reach out to anyone at anytime irrespective of their hierarchy or divisions. Management is unbiased and deserving people get adequate recognition. Overall, it's a great company.

Neugene has a very good working environment and culture. Neugene always have great projects in hand, hence we get to learn new things daily. Management and colleagues are very friendly and helpful. Working with Neugene has been really good. One has the flexibility to work from home when needed. Very good work culture. Management does not press hard always or rather most of the time. The hardest part of the job is when we have loads of work because of turnkey projects, yet there comes the fun part as well.....we have dinner at desk with food lying beside us but you won't be able to eat. The culture at Neugene is awesome and the office premises are of a 5-star hotel standard. We have a lot of options to up skill ourselves though various soft skills training programs conducted on a regular basis in the company. The work culture is awesome, and the management are always ready to listen to the concerns and are always transparent. The company as a whole has a great culture and strives to give their employees a good work life balance. It places the employee's safety at the forefront of its daily operations, and I have never heard them firing an employee unless he is absolutely of no use. FUN WORK, FUN COLLEAGUES, FUN COMPANY Working at Neugene did never seem like work because the work was just helping clients get better. Sales just happened on the go just understanding clients needs and sold was the conclusion. Colleagues always had a high level of enthu with constant meetings and team activities. Work was fun and new everyday. Awesome place to work.

As I reach office every day, I know that it's going to be another challenging day. However, with the support of my counterparts and co-workers, work is always a fun, and we out do the challenge.
