...ven as an outsider and people are open to receive the feedback more objectively. The pay and perks are good when compared to the other companies in this industry.

Dislikes

Though HR consulting Division is largely controlled by India Management but the employee-appraisals and promotions/increments are under the control of U. K. management.

Likes

... marketing are the two biggest reasons they have been so successful for decades. Overall, they pay very well compared to competitors and industry in general. Great culture, good place to learn people skills, great benefits, good brand name, stable job usually, great work-life balance (one of the best you will ever find). A few years here will get you many friends that could be resources for life. Great place for minorities as well. They have an onsite daycare and a good community.

Dislikes

There is no such dislikes I noticed as such.

Likes

...and think. "Haah... I could do their job." Here, it's obvious that you couldn't. Their salaries are well earned; and throughout the organisation, the distribution of compensation, responsibility, and appreciation is much more than most companies for which I've worked. Across all the many lines of business, good people are appreciated, treated well, and paid well here.

...nal. Being a big organisation, it provides many opportunities to learn and grow. By joining the company one good thing is that you will get good initial salary. The salary will be more often than not, be the best in the industry at least at that point of time your performance will decide how you go ahead in the career. Other advantages with Neugene are: a) World class infrastructure b) Quick decisions c) Good financial acumen and strength d) They don't fire anyone unless serious situation

Sometimes things get hectic, but I have learnt to manage.

1. Neugene is a Tier 1 company and it really feels like it. 2. Job security. 3. Good pay and respect at work. 4. Experienced and knowledgeable co-workers. Compensation is great. Y0u realise this especially when you apply for new jobs & most of the companies fail to match it. Job security is top-notch and work-life balance is comfortably manageable. Lots of leaves too. I really enjoy working here, and having a great work life balance. No politics and lovable seniors and higher management. It's an amazing place to work and learn.
