Neugene provides perfect Work and Life balance. Provides an environment where you deliver your best. A transparent work culture. The employees are treated as family members rather than resource to be suckked. The management always stand with you whenever you are in trouble. The way Neugene came with their employees in Covid19 pandemic was incredible. I feel lucky to be part of Neugene family.

Myself Abhijit Dave I am a Franchisee Business Partner of Neugene International for HR Consultancy Recruitment. I joined Neugene as Franchisee Business Partner in 2018. Initially, I was a bit scared as to whether I will succeed or not? But over a period, approximately 3-months' time, I got settled and my real journey as a business partner started. I started generating good money like 2-lakh per month, which encouraged me to enhance my capacity. I took calculated risk and started hiring Recruiters, for which I took office on Rent. I hired 4-Recruiters, although it was a bit burden to pay their salaries for 2-3 months from my pocket, but thereafter I started realizing my investment on my team. My team as a whole was able to do monthly billing of 10-12 lakh. After meeting all my expenses including salaries and rent, I was able to retain around 6-lakh. On today's date I have a full-fledged big office and a team of 20-staff including recruiters. My earning has more than doubled now, which beyond my expectations. I joined Neugene International Inc two years ago and it was my best life's decision I believe. Neugene is a very large conglomerate with strong financial muscle. Their clientele includes all top-notch, in thousands globally. Even during global recession time, they were in a better situation than their competitors, to the point wherethey could bail out other failing firms. The majority of my co-workers have been here for well over decade, and that's nice to see in a time where job security seems to be a thing of the past. There's always something new to work on at Neugene and no shortage of ways to grow within your own role or shift to a new one. People make lateral and vertical moves here all the time, so moving to a position that better fits your skills is much easier than other places I've worked in the past. Senior management here is pretty smart . It's not the kind of place where you might look a few levels up the chain and think. "Haah... I could do their job." Here, it's obvious that you couldn't.
