Likes

I liked to work at customer service and also liked to train the others also to deliver the delightful service. When i prove myself to contribute to the company growth I got appreciation from the management.

Dislikes

The more politics over the higher management and they are not letting the company to grow up only saving their own money and job. Even if you express this you will be thrown out. This is the scenario happening there

Work Details

Worked with interest and commitment and pushed myself and the employee towards the growth but I felt it's a waste of time and I spoiled my career by joined In this organization.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
