Salary delay, Micromanagement, politics, No appraisal, workload. some people in company are closer to management based on that, closer people involves in other works irrrespective of their works.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles in team. But there was delay in salary, no hikes, micro management, politics.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
