They hire you promising vto guide to enhance your knowledge and skill but there is not a single person who is approachable and who can really help you upgrade. You have to do everything on your own as they don't spoon feed you which is fine but guiding new resource shouldn't come under that. They don't hesitate to keep assigning youprojects.
