What industry/market expects from a experienced security analyst is different and what u learn here will be different. Politics is little more as compared other companies. Promotion is based on language i,e Marathi/Hindi and how good you are with Manager. The management was good but not anymore. The company has no standard, they quote less money to clients and give lesser money to its employees. Management dedicated to make money only don't know how to manage a team L1 and L2 roles are defined but only in books not implemented every work L1 has to do holded Bonus for 4 months and main thing they make overnight discussion and implement but they don't know how it will impact team and lower level employees even they don't knowwhether they want to call everyone to office or not 90% doing work from home and for remaining 10% employees they are pressurising intern and L1 employees to come to office in 15k salary in Mumbai...Read More
