Salary and growth, Low projects volume for some technologies They don't use laptops they use desktops so no wfh or innonly medicle condition but need to make vpn connection through your personal laptop

Company really welcome the new technologies but then you also be ready with no compromise at all with work. Other facilities like Mediclaim, PF, Medical reimbursement are provided.

Dislikes

Terrific mismanagement in project and task scheduling which causes work pressure to Developers only. Lot of partiality and politics included. Frequent changes in office policies and work schedules. Out time extends with 1-0.5 hr after 9.15 hr working as per rule.

Very hectic, mismanaged, so apparantly boring.
