1. Poor Management 2. Willingness to ignore the advice of an experienced person. 3. Not Proper Future Planning. 4. Product Policy Not design knowledge. 5. Not Experience person join the company. 6. Not good benifits and R&R facility not provide for employees. 7. Another Taking all the wrong decisions with his own advice every tim e when the person has no experience. 8.
