Not having proper training methods and programs No work life balance Managers and leads never support and understand employees point of view like what challenges a new joiner is facing. On doing good work no one appreciates but if you do one wrong thing or mistake everyone in the team will shout at you and make you insecure about your job Not good increment Management is not supportive in my case. Team leads or experience people hardly share any knowledge by themselves, one have to ask them for a month then they will share some knowledge or will just tell to read documents.
