I am writing to share my candid feedback regarding my experience at Netscribes Inc. after 7 months of employment, following my recent resignation. My tenure, particularly within the FRM process, has raised significant concerns about the workplace environment and management practices at Netscribes. For both freshers and experienced candidates considering opportunities at Netscribes, I strongly advise against joining the organization. Throughout my time there, I encountered severe deficiencies in management, characterized by a culture that fosters favoritism and fails to uphold professional standards. Specifically, I must highlight issues with my manager, [Shubhamay Roy], whose conduct and management style I found to be unprofessional and detrimental to team dynamics. He frequently assigned additional work to agents after shift hours, and those who ingratiated themselves with him were the ones who advanced. Unfortunately, this issue extends beyond just him; many senior managers within the FRM projects exhibit similar problematic behaviors. Additionally, the behavior of the HR department is disappointing. Some HR representatives need proper training on office culture, as they are often unable or unwilling to provide adequate support when problems arise. Furthermore, the salary structure at Netscribes is notably below industry standards, and there exists a profound lack of work-life balance and opportunities for future growth within the company. The promotion process is notably stagnant, devoid of meritocracy, and fails to reward employees based on performance, with promotions largely based on favoritism. In conclusion, I strongly urge prospective candidates to explore other career opportunities. Based on my experience, Netscribes does not provide the conducive or professional work environment necessary for career growth and personal development. Salary is to low and work pressure is so high and always you have to do more work every day than your work Hours time management is so poor their , no salary growth or no leaves allowed. When you take more than your one day allowance , then three days money Deducted from your salary
