I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Salary paid time to time.. Sugar coating..

Dislikes

Depends on politics. Don't have product knowledge of most of seniors except 2 3 people. Area manager and New HR destroyed all employees bonding towards each other which is really important in a company. Don't give respect about junior's opinion if it's for their improvise
