No job security at all. There is no permenant job there. Theybrecruit ppl for 1 migration and layoff them when it ends after 1-2yr they have their own product suit and we will. B only learning and woriing on it. Which will. Not help u anyway for ur future projects. You can work here for 2 yrs for a good salary and resign.

Good for learning. Specially for 3-8 year experience. Great place to work for developers and those wants to excel their learning in development area, cloud services/ micro services. Good Opportunity to explore cloud platform and related services. Good exposure on BSS/OSS portfolios.

Attrition rate is quite high sometimes as other employees won't know the reason that employee left or company ask them to leave. But in reality there is less job security for those who are having mentality to delegate their work and escape from taking responsivities. Not a good place for those who want easy go work and life. Not good for those who are not willing to take owneship.

The only good thing is location of the office

Dislikes

The work culture is no where close to employee centric. Culture nurtures ‘Voice of Russian employees has more value than Indian employees’. No work life balance. Most of the work is internal frameworks, which knowledge is not shared across in Indian branches. Too aggressive timelines, which is always tiresome to meet with limited knowledge resources in local offices.
