No job security at all. There is no permenant job there. Theybrecruit ppl for 1 migration and layoff them when it ends after 1-2yr they have their own product suit and we will. B only learning and woriing on it. Which will. Not help u anyway for ur future projects. You can work here for 2 yrs for a good salary and resign.

The only good thing is location of the office

Dislikes

The work culture is no where close to employee centric. Culture nurtures ‘Voice of Russian employees has more value than Indian employees’. No work life balance. Most of the work is internal frameworks, which knowledge is not shared across in Indian branches. Too aggressive timelines, which is always tiresome to meet with limited knowledge resources in local offices.
