It's a very positive work environment with good flexibility—I can easily manage work and life. I have met some very talented colleagues here who make work exciting by implementing new ideas. Plus, the company organizes lots of fun activities, like the famous Champions Cricket League, which we all enjoy.

Limited growth considering the high competition. Need to perform exceptionally well.

I own my work, and my leaders trust me, which helps me grow. Also, getting an award at Excellencia felt amazing, and everyone's support was great! Neosoft has a solid presence in the market and huge client base. It has been good for my career , as it broaden my expertise and take on site opportunities .I even got appreciation from top management and received award for my performance. It felt nice and I think its great place to work

Sometimes, meeting deadlines can make balancing work and personal life hard. However, it teaches time management. Once you manage tasks effectively, there aren’t any issues.

This is service based organisation hence you'll get to work on different technologies. Sometimes you've to work for the client on client location. Maybe for short time or long time. I worked on client site for almost 1.3 years.

Dislikes

When I was employee, I had to sign a bond for 1.2 years. For good increment again I was asked to sign a bond. Don't know about recent policies, but check before joining.

I joined neosoft as a sr devloper , on very first day as soon a I put my bag on table on guy told me why you have joined this organisation, they fire people within one or two months. In starting i thinked that they are playing some inner politics . But things around me changes when I have observed that really they are firing and hiring people as they only belong a materialistic things to them . They will provide you 3 or 5 chances to clear client interview if u fail to do so they will fire you within one day . Same story goes with me , sometime client is not willing or intrested in candidate so ultimately they will reject u . So same happens with me they are spoiling many people carreer, they don't even have any emotions....Read More

Worst company i have ever worked with, Clients are also run away, this company have great-place-to-work, i don’t know from where they got it from begging. HR team also sleeping worst management i have ever seen.

You have the freedom to work effectively and deliver results. The team that we have is highly talented For freshers, we have mentors who help them learn and walk through the work process Performance incentives are available for top performers I have received them twice
