The office location is convenient for daily travel. I like how our tasks are clearly defined and followed. Plus, there are many perks provided, like paid leave, insurance, compensation, timely salary, and more.

Excellent perks and immense growth opportunities in all domains. Work environment is also nice with friendly co-workers and all festivals are celebrated as well as many activities are organized like the Champions Cricket League for employees which everyone loves.

You will have infinity opportunities here, but the things is - you will have to prove your worth. You will learn to deal with international clients and even work with global brands that too on next-gen projects, but for this, you will have to prove your worth and show that you are competent in handling such responsibities.

Telling from my own experience of working at NeoSOFT for almost two years, I strongly recommend this place if you have excellent collaboration skills and can take the lead in self-domain and cross-functional work. If you are ambitious, confident, a decision-maker, and have leadership qualities, NeoSOFT is the place.

Dislikes

At this point in time, I haven't come across any downsides or drawbacks that would stop me from recommending this company. However, I will continue to evaluate and assess my review in future as well.

The performance-based incentive is a highly valued benefit that I get here, and it has not only helped me earn some add-on financial compensation but has also served me as a motivator to continuously improve my skills and performance. Along with this valued benefit, my skills and knowledge have improved to an extent, resulting in me growing professionally competent.

We do have a crossover opportunity benefit, but unfortunately, this opportunity is limited and may not be offered to everyone. Only those who are well-versed and highly skilled in their respective domains only such individuals get to take advantage of crossover opportunities. This may be viewed as a potential downside by some, but I find this a positive aspect of this workplace.

They make sure that we face no issue in our routine work by taking regular updates from our managers and other seniors. Like the way they act to make sure we keep on progressing without facing any issue

I find the work environment here to be enjoyable and conducive to productivity. People working here are respectful and professional. Everyone works through their individual responsibilities. We have annual awards by the name “Excellencia”. It recognizes the performances and achievements of employees for that particular year. The awards are held on a grand scale. Receiving an award at “Excellencia” is a great and proud feeling. Everyone cheers and claps for the winners. I received an award last year, while one of my colleagues received it this time.
