#No job security #6 months probation # salary will be paid 10th or after... (They evaded my salary) # Manager don't know anything about why they need to hire or fire # Hr's behaviour will be like 2 star hotel receptionist # if you're senior and have family strictly avoid this company

I have worked with Nendrasys for about 3+ years, started as Trainee. It is pleasure working with the company for all these years especially management here is very supportive in all manners. Given a chance - prooving yourselves takes you to higher position. This works in this company as the harder and smarter you work, it would be recognised with good pay.
