The best thing about Neilsoft is job security. Furthermore, Neilsoft provides an opportunity to expand your learning curve. The company is trying to upgrade its services and working hard to achieve scalable targets. The organization provides equal opportunity to everyone, and the best thing about Neilsoft is an appreciation for yourhard work. Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

1. Workload - The working days are long in Neilsoft, the basic thinking of the organization is to put 1 resource if 3 resources are required but the good thing is if one can manage such kind of workload then the company is willing to pay you more. Sometimes (2 times a month) you need to work on weekends also. 2. Attrition rate is very high 3. No food, No transport facilities.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
