Less payment scale to staff No benefits to staff Handholding to staff are minimalist they creat unwanted last moment pressure on staff Director purposely act innocent as he don't know anything but he purposely created this work culture in office through alka to cut unjustified late mark/ changing policy for diwali bonus / not paying gratuity to staff / terminat staff immediately/ poor eatery place / not allowing staff to eat in office and trating them like they are in jail I personally saw that many senior staff at head office take cash from vendor in corridor for smooth work or they will threaten vendors for not clearing bill or payment same is happening at project office also . Vendor and staff are well connected. If you cross staff like Parmar/ Alka/ Devdas/Shaji/Rakesh they will fix you like anything. too much politics created by bosses you will feel suffocating if you don't have godfather here as all will play football game with you. Senior staff play politics , No work culture, Management not want to organize system as corporate, No proper handhold at work , few staff call them self project manager but not capable to manage single project without other staff. Job is not described, one work assigned to multiple people, No salary slip , No Saturday off at HO. Useless HR who didn't even bother for staff welfare.

Company is good and salary is on time and Director are very understanding.

Dislikes

Devdas is poorest technical staff in company who is having zero common sense and theoretical knowlage on work. No team leader quality. Director given him DyGM post but his grid is for GM post to rule over all staff and buildup. He always threat the staff by his voice or indirectly from excavation contractor and favour to contractor for rate or quality increase.

Dislikes

Management changes rule day by day as they want. Work culture is not good. No aprisal No proper designation. No facilities like maternity leave. No consideration for leave on medical ground and work from home facility. MD say find other job and no respect for staff Hr don't want to do anything, she just inform rules.
