Management listen and trust to contractor over staff. Politics due to Senior staff fight for Superiority. Person call his self project manager off all peoject don't know even study drawings and always search for junior employee do work on his behalf. Always to whatsapp forwarding. He can not do simple rate analysis of work and what to rule organization. He is very selfish that once his purpose is served he ditch the staff Who supported him in work. No Peace of work at all site due to his not required interference and he is reason for unorganized culture in company...Read More

Job security is not there, not good for female staff, Alka madam is worst HR here with zero knowledge of HR. Work culture is poor. She purposly doing staffs hurresment with cutting all facility. less physical. No HR policy and no growth. Stay away from all staff specialy female . They only work to show off to bosses other wise onlygossiping in absence of MD. Staff is more interested to know where are bosses and who they meeting....Read More
