...ronment Poor culture Poor team work Poor process of work Poor work ethics. After finalising of salary they reduced it once you put up resignation in old company. Lots of politics due to clashing between Dev sir, Ghanshan sir, shaji sir and alka madam. Hasmukh sir is not a supportive. Company don't want HR and HR policies purposely so all employees get confused and work with no peace. This people don't pay to employee once they leave and also not pay to contractor if work is not going on. No senior want to do paper work , estimation, boq and technical work. Nothing to learn and grow here. too much weightage to contractor like hitesh Patel and team from promoters and senior. No contracts department no Billing department no proper purchase department and no timely available of drawing basically no team work. No appreciation for good work Promoters speak erogently

...lf project manager but not capable to manage single project without other staff. Job is not described, one work assigned to multiple people, No salary slip , No Saturday off at HO. Useless HR who didn't even bother for staff welfare.

Only good thing is salary on time that also on 10th or after 10th

Management changes rule day by day as they want. Work culture is not good. No aprisal No proper designation. No facilities like maternity leave. No consideration for leave on medical ground and work from home facility. MD say find other job and no respect for staff Hr don't want to do anything, she just inform rules.

Job security is not there, not good for female staff, Alka madam is worst HR here with zero knowledge of HR. Work culture is poor. She purposly doing staffs hurresment with cutting all facility. less physical. No HR policy and no growth. Stay away from all staff specialy female . They only work to show off to bosses other wise only gossiping in absence of MD. Staff is more interested to know where are bosses and who they meeting.
