I m doing job in nector lifesciences unit 6 jharmajri . The company environment is so good, they provide us to upgrade our skill in any section.

There is no apreasal or increment is given by company till 4 years ... My salary is so poor... And there is no hope of apreasal in this year .. Every body is waiting for the apreasal....

1) Work life balance was there. 2) Timings :- 9:30 - 6:00 Under his (Boss) guidance I didn't feel any pressure becuase, he knows how to handle the work. No any mision and vision, no any target. Maximum people are making time pass, follow 1 lunch 2 punch principle. Funny thing is that Many staffs use to sleep in office with big snoring sound 😴😴😁😂 . Maximum people are illiterate and unprofessional, senior people are with less than basic knowledge..... And they are head of department 😔😔. The funny thing is that some people get promotion back to back and some people are in same position since last 10 -15 years. There is no proper HR policy. No body will listen to anyone. More funny thing is that, many senior people don't know how to write email, they write email like chatting on WhatsApp, they write a mail like people working in masala company 😉...Read More

One of the worst company i have ever face. Engineering head Mr. Parveen and Manager Engineering Mr. Bikramjit singh corrupted persons they don’t have sense how to behave with their employees. Their is no safety at all

Upper management is aware of every problem. But they are just looking for money only. Even the etp waste water drains in nearest farmers land and river and because of this all the government officials are also corrupt.
