It's a fantastic company, especially in terms of pay and work-life balance, as well as flexible scheduling and no tracking. The management is very supportive and you don't need to run from pillar to post to get your queries and concerns addressed. If you truly want to work, the sky is the limit at NECI.

The work atmosphere is the best in the industry. Besides, you do not need to run pillar to post in order to pass on any given concern or questions to your seniors. Management is quite supportive and that solves most of your queries at the first go.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
