Dislikes

While NEC Corporation India Pvt Ltd is a great place to work, I feel the company could further strengthen its position in the Indian market by expanding its product offerings. Having a broader product line would not only help us better compete but also address the unique demands of the Indian market more effectively.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
