Good experience. Can gain entry level experience. Management is supportive & transparent. Teammates are very supportive. Company owned guest & lunch facilities.

There is a lot to learn which helps for career growth but not so much growth in salary segment. There is a 2 years & 6 months bond which you cannot resign. Work life will take control over social life, that means unstable work - life balance.

Company's one good Saturday and Sunday off. Supervisors and team leader are good. And work load more. Salary increment is not good. Some time U.S.A holiday not giving. And not paying to extra holiday work. Working time 8.am to 6.30 PM. 10.30 hour's work. Corono time some U.S.A projects are closed. No work. This reason to regine the Company.

I have worked as a BPO Team Leader for the past 6 months, before that i was just an executive. I handle a team, and i must say NDS infoserv offers great opportunity. we get to learn and new tools for client satisfaction. this will in further career growth. the best part is that we receive a timely bonus and increment, which makes us dedicate our skills.

I have worked as a sales manager with NDS Inforserv for the past 1 year,and until now i have had no issues from co-workers and the management. there is good growth, and the higher manager is helpful. moreover, my co-workers are ready to assist and are friendly. there are good facilities for employees like yearly bonuses, medical cover, and other essentials. I highly recommend NDS Infoserv.
