Team Management is not looking forward to Hardworking People / Talented People for their appraisal / promotion and this needs to be change for people who are working from more than 2 years and really giving their 100% to Team / Company. Please look forward to this.

They are not providing time to new joiners to learn about the product and explore the functionality. Simply they are rushing into targets and giving negative comments on performance.

Sometimes managers sets unrealistic deadline. Micromanagement. No recognition for your work. Skip managers are non technical but try to pretend to be a technical. People who are favourite of managers they can do work from home they don't have any restrictions to come to the office. If you are late for a few minutes you have to apply leave for entire day.
