I worked 4 days for 12 hours without rest for the leave that the company stopped working for material shortage . They didn't care about me they didn't even gave respect to me and people who worked as trainee .Even watchmen scolds as because we are trainee .The company only respect the employers working in company. so don't go as trainee to learn any skill they just use you to do their work and send out you after a year ....Read More

Company is good but some of department is really bad

Huge politics are they're if u are new u have no place to stand if ur need is finished u will ask to put paper.... Even managers and colleagues are playing game they hire thier reference people for the reference bonuses as reference bonus are hi there and then they give excuses to employees for performance etc and ask to put paper

Manager specifically in certain team is pretty bad, in fact worst than any other organisation I have worked for. Always try to blame you on each and every front and highly discouraging. People here specially the manager, have no appreciation culture. Layoffs are quite common and is highly unstable environment. For me it was worst career decision ever made to join this organisation.

They are not providing time to new joiners to learn about the product and explore the functionality. Simply they are rushing into targets and giving negative comments on performance.

Sometimes managers sets unrealistic deadline. Micromanagement. No recognition for your work. Skip managers are non technical but try to pretend to be a technical. People who are favourite of managers they can do work from home they don't have any restrictions to come to the office. If you are late for a few minutes you have to apply leave for entire day.
