Low increment, local management very poor and leg pulling mentality specially bihar Patna, No one want to grow in his personal and professional life.very disgusting. Company want from employees to give his 24 hour to his company only that why they provide own mobile every time they want to engage in his gadget so that employees never free from his mind to think other things.

I did like support from Co-workers and Extra ordinary Support from Other CEs. But no career growth even after working since last 5 years and being top performer. Manager and HR team not supportive at all. You will not get allocated leaves. You only need to work 24/7 . No work-life balance. You will not get time for your family. You will not get leave even if you/your family member is not feeling well....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
