ITS WAS A BIG PLATEFORM FOR ME TO LEARNING. I LEARED AND GOT FULL SKILLS IMPROVEMENT WITH NPPL AND ITS A GOOD ORGANISATION , CO-GENERATION PLANT.

SOMETIMES SALARY DELAY WAS ABOUT TO IRRITATE EMPLOYEES BUT OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS FABULOUS.

Working Environment is not good.management staff are not supportive,field staff was supportive.Salary not receiving on time.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
