They gave the excuse "we're unable to find a suitable position for you." Why Navi Why? Why you have taken the interview and completed all the rounds when you have to dump candidate like this. No job secure, so much of partially, so much of favouritism. And no 1% of priority to the employees. Not following proper SOPs and rules in business culture. Managers andTeam leads are running the process. If they want to remove any employee then they start game plan and eliminate that employee.

They do not stick to their word whatever they say during hiring,they keep you make running here and there for interview and at the end they change their words. They 4-5 rounds as if it is like a big company which is also fine at last they do not like your qualities what they liked. 1) no work life balance target is everything to the management need to work everyday atleast few hours even in your non working day they don’t care about your personal life 2) don’t expect promotion without having proper bucket with the management Because the higher management person is also just 10 or 12 th pass so the top person is bucket master and if you don’t follow bucket system you will not get growth 3) they will decided and do choose the person who is earning more incentive they will deduct his own hard earn money by saying you made some mistake on basis of a small escalation also 4) they just use you and want to grow in very rapid rate so don’t go there if you want any peace in life...Read More
