Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent. Give good incentive and bonus on quarterly sales.

Lack of time management.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning in the coordination. But I learnt how to manage that and now we enjoy a lot.
